We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unused and unworn
  2. In its original packaging
  3. In the same condition you received it
  4. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Please do not return items without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  1. Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  2. Custom or personalized items
  3. Personal care items
  4. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  5. Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, complete a return first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers in the EU: You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
